meal plans or you can do your own on-boarding and use the account at will.

you swap out any of my recommendations for other meal choices that fit within your nutrition
parameters — even restaurant meals — so it’s easy to stick to your goals even as life gets crazy.

I am a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, Licensed Dietitian, and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. I speak English and Spanish. My passion is to use the training and experience I have gained in the practice of Nutrition and Dietetics to guide you to attain and maintain optimal health to the end of helping you to live your best life ever. I received my Bachelor of Science in Health Science Degree (BSHS) from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey/Rutgers University. I completed a 1200-hour internship and am registered with the Commission on the Accreditation of Dietetics Education. Before achieving the above, I received an Associates of Science Degree (AS) in Food and Nutrition from Cosumnes River College in Sacramento, California. I bring to the table many years of experience working as a Clinical Dietitian in several Acute Care Hospitals, as an Outpatient Dietitian in Adult and Pediatric Diabetes Centers, Long-Term Care, Public Health, Dialysis and Private Practice. I maintain my professional credentials by attending workshops, seminars, webinars, through on-line courses and by keeping current with the latest research articles pertinent to the field of Nutrition and Dietetics. I am licensed in the states of Florida, Georgia and New York and Texas. With healthcare coverage being such a controversial issue these days, the best thing we can all do for ourselves is to become healthy and remain as healthy as possible, for as long as we can, to avoid the need to use the Healthcare System. That means we need to understand how to feed our bodies so that it continues to function at its optimum level. We also need to resolve to engage in at least thirty minutes of moderate to intense physical activity every day, we need to reduce stress, get at least eight hours of restful sleep each night and yes, we need to be willing to change behaviors that can be a prelude to illness.

At this time Healthy Living Body does not accept Health Insurance. However, our services are reimbursable by your Insurance Company. You will have to contact your Insurance Company for the rates and on how to proceed. All payments are due before the first session. After the first session a Superbill will be provided to you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Healthy Living Body will submit a Superbill to your Insurance Company on your behalf for an additional charge. Please inform the RD that you will like this service before the start of the first session.

Consultation with the RD that consists of nutrition, dietary, behavioral and nutrition assessment/education, goal-setting.
Plus unlimited access to the platform for one month and help with getting setup
Additional consultations can be scheduled as needed.

Initial consult consists of nutrition, dietary, behavioral and nutrition assessment, goal-setting, nutritional education, fact sheets, and hand-outs.
Follow-up session will consist of food/meal review, nutrition analysis, questions
You will have unlimited use of the EatLove Platform for 6 weeks

• 1 initial consult (60 minutes)
• 3 bi-weekly follow-up sessions (30 minutes)

1- (45-60 mins) Consultation with the RD that consists of discussion of nutrition and dietary concerns, nutrition counseling, and assessment/education, behavior change challenges and goal-setting.
